The Aligning with I AM More Than Enough Healing Experience is an interactive class style healing session.
Katy has crafted a unique 'Quick & Dirty' style of healing that allows you to open the door to connecting in to and healing your past experience wounding during the session.
Working together, we bring about transformative results in a short burst of time for an easy, simple and transformative healing session.
When I say short, I truly mean it! The total run time of the interactive session and bonus sound healing is around 20 minutes.
YES! You can tap into and begin pulling back, releasing and healing your own wounding in less time than an episode of your favorite guilty pleasure streaming series.
As you enter into the on-demand experience, you will participate in:
- Repeat After Me Affirmations to reinforce new, supportive beliefs -- I'll make a statement and you will repeat it. This is a super easy way to ease into the healing and affirm what you are choosing as we wrap things up.
- Grab a pen & paper as I will be doing a 'quick fire' question session where I will ask a question and you will write out as much as you are open to healing in the short time allotted. It is during this portion, that my energy opens a channel of healing to address the core wounding that you are writing about. The deeper and more detailed you go, the deeper and more transformative the healing.
