The purpose of the Foundation Sessions is to connect in with your core wounding and easily bring it into the light. It is designed in such a way to be of benefit to beginners, experts and everyone in between.
There is benefit for all, no matter where you are on your own personal growth journey.
The intention of the Foundation Sessions:
- Shift living from pain and/or fear to living from love
- Accelerate your personal growth and spiritual awakening journey
- Heal your your pain, trauma and fear easily, effortlessly and FAST
- Provide deep healing in 15 minutes or less
- Easily fit into your busy schedule with 15 minute on-demand sessions
- Be the catalyst of change first in your own life and then extending out to your own circle of influence
- With your permission, opening your channel of Divine energy healing to lighten your load, leave you feeling less burdened and shift into living from love instead of trauma, pain and fear

As a lightwkrker, energy healer and Divine channel, I work with the light to bring what is ready to be shed into the light in a fast, easy and transformative way.
Each of my Quick & Easy sessions are encoded with energy healing to work with your higher self and spirit team. This allows the healing to go deep - fast and painlessly.
The healing is facilitated while you write out your responses to the Quick & Easy questions and repeat the affirmations during the session. Then you move forward with your day as usual.
